What are you purchasing when you buy a membership at the Marina at Ortega Landing?

When you purchase a membership in the Marina at Ortega Landing you are purchasing one of 192 equity yacht slip memberships in a non-profit corporation known as The Marina at Ortega Landing, Inc., which we refer to as the Yacht Club. Your membership entitles you to the exclusive use of a specific yacht slip for as long as you are a member of the Marina at Ortega Landing.

The Club owns the following:

  • Clubhouse and the land that it sits on
  • The pool and spa
  • All of the interior amenities, fixtures and furniture.
  • All waterside improvements (bulkhead and cap and the utility improvements for the marina including the electrical building and transformers)
  • Sewage lift station
  • Vacuum pump system for the entire marina
  • Concrete floating dock system
  • Power pedestals
  • Dock boxes
  • Concrete pilings
  • Fiberglass mooring pilings
  • Fresh water plumbing
  • Electrical wiring and transformers
  • Rights to common parking
