Ortega Landing Leasing Boat Slips
The Marina at Ortega Landing has recently released several boat slips for rent. Boat slips are available on a month-by-month basis for a special rate of $13.00 per foot, however there is a limited quantity of slips available for rent. Ortega Landing is a naturally safe harbor providing protection for your boat from wind and waves and severe weather. Jackonsville has long been known as a safe location for boats and the Marina at Ortega Landing is no exception. Included in the monthly slip rental fee is one slip-side pump out per week and water hook up. The Marina at Ortega Landing in Jacksonville is located within walking distance of numerous stores and is at the beginning of Jacksonville's Marina Mile and the boating support services that are offered along the St. Johns and Ortega Rivers in Jacksonville. Construction Updates:
Ground was officially broken on January 25, 2008 for the first 8-unit waterfront condo buildng at Ortega Landing. Since January 25, significant progress has been made. The fourth floor concrete deck has been poured and in late June the contractor should be placing the roof at which point the exterior wall construction will begin. The views of the Ortega River, St. Johns River and downtown Jacksonville are tremendous. The waterfront condo units at Ortega Landing are now available for sale.
